Oxford In Montana!

Montana Rovers and Rocky Mountain Rovers are thrilled to announce:

Oxford In Montana!

Sunday August 16-Transport Oxford from Wibaux Montana to Camp in Livingston Montana. We will be camping in the fravel parking lot (near the Yellowstone River) behind the Livingston Civic Center. We will have use of hte grass space of Band Shell Park for the night Sunday August 16 until the morning of August 17. Our departure time from Livingston will 7:00AM Monday August 17th

Monday August 17-Yellowstone National Park (Convoy of Rovers down to Gardner and into Yellowstone). We will drive into Yellowstone and hopefully make it down to Old Faithful and then work our way back up to Gardner. We will once again return to Livingston for camping in the park. We would love to have as many Rovers as possible join the convoy into the Gardner entrance to Yellowstone. Our departure time from Livingston on Tues morning will be posted here in coming days.

Tuesday August 18-We will depart from Livingston on Tuesday Morning after we’ve consumed enough coffee. We’re currently thinking about heading over Willow Creek Road into Jackson Creek, Up Bridger canyon and over Flathead pass. Ending at Autopilot in Bozeman sometime in the afternoon. On Tues at 5:00pm or sooner, we'll tap the ice cold beer keg supplied by Union Hall Brewery, start a campfire by the creek, and fill the parking lot with Rovers. I'm working with the neighbors to allow overflow parking if needed and possibly extra camping. The area to camp at Autopilot should work out pretty well with a decent amount of lawn, access to water, and at least one bathroom. If camping gets tight, we'll improvise. Generally speaking, prepare to be as self sufficient as possible if you plan to camp. We will have a BBQ grill available, plenty of cold beer, and Bozeman Spirits has donated a touch of Whiskey to help modify our behavior. Being that we are only 6 blocks from Main Street, you are more than welcome to ride a bike to any one of many awesome restaurants/breweries in the neighborhood and use Autopilot as home base. Oxford will be in the parking lot on display!

On Wednesday August 19th in the morning, we'll be transporting Oxford to Helena for a similar style Oxford display (more details to come and will be updated on the Montana Rovers website).

I will be sending out a detailed schedule of events Sunday August 2nd via email to the Montana Rovers email list. I will continually update this spot on the website with updated info. If you are not on the email list or have questions…..Email matt@autopilotdesign.com
